Rimmone Ministries cc is a non-profit closed corporation, and the umbrella company for Camp David (Christian Ministry for men) and Camp Ruth (Christian Ministry for women). The name “Rimmone” is the Hebrew word for pomegranate – a fruit often referred to as a parallel image for the body of Christ due to profoundly corresponding elements.

In 1 Peter, Paul speaks of restoring the Royal Priesthood, and in Exodus 28 the garments of the priests are described as having two symbols at the bottom, close to the seem and right around. These symbols were a golden bell and a pomegranate. The bell is a symbol of proclaiming or resounding (ministering or spreading a message), thus the name Rimmone Ministries cc was found.

Our heart is to turn the focus to Christ and make known to all in our jurisdiction who their Saviour is.

Rimmone Ministries cc is based in Potchefstroom, South Africa and hosts Camps and fellowship-gatherings,  Mighty Men & Women Peculiar for young people from all over South Africa. The Men’s Ministry part of Rimmone has been established since 2005 and the Women’s Ministry part since 2008.
